Please book in advance so we may accommodate bookings at your convenience.

Preparing for Your Visit
For the relaxation of yourself and others, please be sure cell phones and/or pagers are switched off. We will provide all necessary robes and housecoats for treatments. We encourage you to wear open toed sandals if you are having a polish applied.

Cancellation Policy
For the consideration of others and your service provider, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours if you are cancelling your appointment.

Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.  You must return any unused product and have the original receipt in order to receive a refund.

Arrival Time
If you are new to Personal Focus we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are welcome to come early to unwind and relax before your treatment. Late beyond 15 minutes may cause us to rebook your appointment.

Payment Options
Personal Focus accepts Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash and /or cheque. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include GST. Gratuities are not included, but if you feel you want to compliment your provider, feel free to leave it with the receptionist.
